Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.  In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
 
*If you cancel your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty/fee/rebooking charge of Full amount; the session total rate..  The same goes to No Show.
*Same day appointment same day cancel fee is Half of the charge; Half of the session rate.
*If you are late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session.
